Virtual Therapy for Adults Across California
At Armas Integrative Marriage & Family Therapy, Inc., I support adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship issues, communication difficulties, stress, emotional overwhelm, low self-worth, and major life transitions. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward in your relationships, career, or personal life, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity and create meaningful change.
My work has a special focus on healthy boundaries, relationship patterns, communication, and self-esteem. Together, we can explore how people-pleasing, difficulty saying no, self-doubt, or unhealthy relationship dynamics may be affecting your emotional well-being. I help clients develop practical skills to communicate their needs, establish healthier boundaries, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in themselves.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I believe clear and compassionate boundaries can transform how we show up in romantic relationships, families, friendships, the workplace, and our relationship with ourselves.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Phoenix and bring over a decade of experience in mental health care, including work as a case manager, rehabilitation specialist, and counselor. My experience includes supporting diverse populations facing relationship challenges, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and significant life changes.
If you’re looking for support with anxiety, boundaries, relationship concerns, communication, or personal growth, I’m here to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
